Supabase

“The back end is running on Supabase and it has a live domain that I can actually go and log in to my admin dashboard side of things and control the game, manage the players, you know, go through the rounds and release the different briefings and fill in the blanks of the answers and everything for them.”

“We're building with the modern stack that top startups are using right now: Next.js 16 with App Router and server components, Tailwind CSS 4, Supabase for the database, auth, and file storage, Stripe for subscriptions and one-time purchases, and Google's Gemini image generation API for the AI backbone.”

“So, I'm going to use a service called Supabase for the database that's going to allow me to not just store my photos on there, but more importantly, like basically their main service, and that is their database, their tables that stores all of the information about the photo like the tags, the title, the YouTube link.”

“I've worked with felt and spelt kit and tailwind css and Supabase and stripe and prisma nexjs just all these different technologies that are super super exciting”
